The centre of the plan

The rules

Same rules for every company. No exceptions, no side deals.

Most sites tell you they are trustworthy. Here are the actual rules instead. They are written into the code, they are identical for every company, and no team gets to negotiate them.

What you pay with

USDG — a digital dollar. One USDG is always one dollar.

Tokens sold to backers

10 million. Always, every company.

Tokens set aside for trading

2.9 million, plus 29% of the money raised

Tokens the team gets on day one

Zero

What you pay per token

The total raised, split across 10 million tokens. Everyone pays the same.

Price trading opens at

Exactly what backers paid

New tokens made later

None. Ever. That gets switched off permanently when the sale closes.

What the team can spend

A monthly allowance, capped at one sixth of their minimum raise. Nothing for the first 30 days. Anything unused does not carry over.

If the target is missed

Everyone can claim their contribution less the published refund fee

If too much money comes in

Everyone gets a smaller share at the same price, and the rest comes back

Who closes the sale

Anyone can, once the clock runs out. The team cannot stall it.

Documents

The rules go out before the money does.

Want the technical version — exact formulas, contract behaviour, edge cases? It is all in The Rules.

The Rules

Every number, and why it is that number

What Happens When

Every way a sale can go, including the ones that go wrong

What Can Go Wrong

The risks, and who carries them

When We Step In

When we would cut off a team, and what we cannot do even then

Changes

Every change to the rules, dated
